Gene Synthesis

Barcode Biosciences employs advanced solid phase chemistry with stringent quality control systems to ensure the synthesis of high quality Genes in our in-house facility.

We provide one stop solution from sequence design, optimization, and synthesis, to cloning, verification by sanger sequencing.

Our Ph.D. scientists with strong molecular biology backgrounds can help to synthesize complex gene sequences with difficult regions like highly repetitive, and AT-rich or GC-rich DNA and support you through the project.

•     2 - 5 ug of lyophilized Gene fragment / cloned gene
•     Sequence trace data with alignment
•     Sanger sequencing electropherogram
•     The genes will be cloned into our default pUC57-Amp or pUC57-Kan vectors with multiple cloning sites. We can also clone the genes into customers supplied vectors upon request

•     The turnaround time only applies to the non-complex sequences. Sequences that are unstable and/or toxic to E. coli can substantially affect delivery times.
•     Gene sequences with added complexity can interfere with assembly and/or sequencing performance. Such sequences may result in less synthesis yield and/or additional services charges.
